At the Charles Lea Center in the Washington, NC area, we're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)—where every day is an opportunity to support people with disabilities in living full, independent lives.About the Role:As a DSP, you'll work in a residential setting, in the client's home, supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
