Workday HRIS Analyst - HCM

Workday HRIS Analyst – HCM Location: Milwaukee, WI or Chicago IL (Remote but Hybrid Preferred) PermanentPosition Overview The Workday HRIS Analyst (HCM) will support and optimize the Workday Human Capital Management platform, focusing on core HR processes, organizational structure, and employee data. This role partners closely with HR Operations to support ongoing transformation initiatives, including frequent organizational changes and evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Workday HCM modules (core HR, job profiles, org structures)Support organizational changes, restructures, and business process updatesGather and translate business requirements into Workday configurationsMaintain and enhance Workday business processes and workflowsSupport Workday releases, including testing and deploymentTroubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysisSupport data integrity across Workday and connected systems (including legacy platforms like SuccessFactors)Develop and maintain HCM-related reports and dashboardsPartner with HR stakeholders to improve processes and system utilizationQualifications3+ years of Workday HCM experienceHands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCMExperience supporting organizational changes and reorgsUnderstanding of Workday business process frameworks and data structuresExperience with reporting and data validation in WorkdayStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience supporting complex, multi-entity organizationsExposure to Workday transformations or post-implementation environmentsApplicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here
