Speech Language Pathologist

Position Type: Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year Novo Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services within a K–12 school setting in Denton, Maryland. The SLP will support students with communication disorders that impact educational performance and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve academic and developmental goals. Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing records as required Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates may be considered Maryland Department of Education certification or eligibility Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Competitive compensation Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision benefits Dedicated recruiter and ongoing support Join Novo Staffing and make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novo Staffing
