Qualifications:

• Certification/licensure as a school psychologist in Indiana (or eligibility)
• Prior experience with Pre-K or early childhood preferred
• Familiarity with evidence-based behavioral interventions and transition programs
• Strong skills in consultation, collaboration, and caregiver communication
• Commitment to on-site service (virtual/remote is not an option)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver First Step Transition behavioral interventions to promote Pre-K school readiness, social-emotional skills, and positive behavior
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (including psych, OT, PT, SLP, Autism Consultant, TOR, nurse)
• Conduct preschool evaluations as part of two-day assessments with children and parents
• Provide coaching and consultation to teachers and caregivers, including ongoing progress monitoring
• Support transition for First Step Transition students and maintain a caseload of approximately 70
