Clinical Data Manager

Leading data management activities for clinical studies, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Data Manager will oversee project documentation, system set-up, data entry, and validation processes while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with client quality expectations and timelines. Key responsibilities: Accountable for all data management deliverables throughout the study lifecycle, providing guidance to study teams and ensuring high-quality outputs Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones Develop and maintain client relationships, implementing process improvements and ensuring satisfaction through regular reviews and feedback Required qualifications: University/college degree or equivalent experience in a related field Minimum of 8 years of clinical data management experience, including 2 years in sponsor management and 2 years in technical mentoring Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and regulatory obligations within the CRO industry Proven leadership skills in project strategy and team motivation Ability to mentor junior staff and provide subject matter expertise in data management practices
