Pay Scale: Base Hourly Rate: $16.90 - $20.00 with substantial bonuses based on overall performance and other factors.

What You’ll Do

As a Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, your role will be dynamic and impactful. Responsibilities include:

Build relationships with private sellers, fleet companies, and third-party sourcing platforms

Engage directly with customers interested in selling their vehicles to the dealership

Monitor online marketplaces and sourcing tools for acquisition opportunities

Negotiate vehicle purchases to secure competitive pricing and strong value

Analyze market trends and sales history to guide purchasing decisions

Coordinate logistics for acquired vehicles

Partner with the reconditioning team to prioritize inventory for fast turnaround

Track customer demand for high-interest vehicles and assist with sourcing

Support marketing efforts by identifying in-demand models

Provide insights on market trends to improve acquisition strategies

What We’re Looking For

Customer service, sales, or negotiation experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Positive attitude with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license

Valid Sales license

Ability to follow dealership policies, procedures, and deadlines
