Read on to discover how you can be part of our dedicated team! ABOUT THIS HEATING AND COOLING POSITIONSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with on-call rotation every 5+ days.Location: Dispatch from home with occasional reporting to our Washington office.Your Role: As an HVAC Technician - HVACR Service Technician, your day starts with dispatching from home and heading out to repair broken HVAC and refrigeration systems. As a pro with years of experience, you're the go-to problem solver for our clients. Whether it's troubleshooting a complex system or installing new components, you ensure everything runs smoothly. In this heating and cooling role, you communicate directly with customers, explain issues in a way they understand, and make sure the correct pricing is reflected on your tablet.
