About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Development for Affordable Housing/LIHTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and overseeing multiple active projects in the Denver and surrounding markets, with a focus on increasing the deal flow and project pipeline. This role is pivotal in the firm's mission to provide sustainable, affordable housing projects that benefit local communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle development, with a preference for experience in affordable housing, and a proven track record in ground-up deal sourcing. A community-driven approach, leadership capability, and finance expertise, including underwriting and presenting opportunities, are essential for this position. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Development role at the company should have 5-15 years' of experience in full-cycle development, with a strong preference for those with a background in affordable housing. The role requires a candidate with a community-driven approach to development, leadership skills to manage both internal staff and external consultants, and the ability to work closely with the in-house construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
