Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

TinkBird is seeking a Board-Certified CRNA to provide locum coverage at a community hospital in eastern North Carolina. This role supports a collaborative anesthesia team in a moderate-volume surgical setting with labor and delivery coverage. Position Details Job Type: Locums Start Date: July 6, 2026 ongoing Setting: Inpatient EMR: EPIC (preferred experience) Schedule Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Call: One weekday per week (3:00 PM 7:00 AM) Weekend Call Rotation: 1:5 (every 5th weekend) Call taken from home with 20-minute response time Clinical Details 200 surgical cases per month 5 ORs + endoscopy suite + labor & delivery coverage Team includes 4 CRNAs and 1 MDA daily Medical direction model in OR; CRNA-only for endoscopy and L&D Occasional moderate sedation in the ED No code response No ER backup responsibility Procedures Epidural placement (required proficiency) Spinals / ITN (including obese patients) General surgery Orthopedic surgery Urology Gynecologic surgery Podiatry Comfortable with pediatric patients Requirements Board Certified CRNA Active North Carolina license required BLS & ACLS required Strong experience with labor epidurals and regional anesthesia Orientation required day prior to first shift About TinkBird TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is a specialized healthcare recruiting firm connecting clinicians with high-quality locum and permanent opportunities nationwide.
