Head of Finance

We are conducting a search for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis on behalf of a multi-site healthcare platform scaling through both organic growth and acquisition activity. This role reports to the CFO and serves as the senior financial planning leader across the enterprise. The VP of FP&A will own the budget, forecast, and the financial decision support that informs both operating and strategic decisions across the platform. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting. Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Build financial models for growth initiatives, acquisitions, and business performance. Lead and develop the FP&A team. Monitor budgets, analyse variances, and improve financial performance. Prepare financial reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders. Requirements 12+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance. Leadership experience in a Director, VP, or Head of Finance role. Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Experience in healthcare, multi-site businesses, or private equity-backed organisations is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
