About the position

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our growing roofing company. The ideal candidate has hands-on roofing experience, strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

This person will be responsible for making sure roofing projects are completed on time, professionally, safely, and profitably.

Responsibilites

• Manage roofing projects from initial inspection through completion.
• Inspect properties and document roof conditions.
• Communicate with homeowners, property owners, insurance adjusters, crews, and subcontractors.
• Monitor job projects and make sure projects stay on schedule.
• Preform quality control inspections throughout the project.
• Take detailed job-site photos and maintain project documentation.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues quickly.
• Review scopes of work and identify additional work or change orders when appropriate.
• Coordinate supplements and communicate with insurance companies/adjusters when applicable.
• Conduct final inspections and customer walk-throughs.
• Make sure job sites are clean and completed acccording to company standards.
• Track project costs and help protect company profit margins.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with customers and crews.

Requirements (Negotiable for the right candidate)

• Previous roofing or construction experience.
• Project management, production, or roofing management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at the same time.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for photos, communication, and project documentation.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be dependable and able to follow through from start to finish.

• Insurance restoration.
• Working with insurance adjusters.
• Insurance claims and supplements.
• Working with roofing crews .
• Roof measurements and estimating.
• Residential roofing sales or project management.
• Roofing CRM or project-management software.
• Roof inspections.
