As a Workday Adaptive Insights Lead Your primary responsibilities may include: Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures Lead workshops for client education Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements Lead in architecting Workday Adaptive Insights solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross‑functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. Job Description Here’s what you need: Workday Partner Certification Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Workday Adaptive experience Minimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Adaptive Operations experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) Bonus points if: Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc…) 5+ years prior experience implementing Workday Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements. Other leading Cloud‑based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E‑Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc…) An advanced degree in the area of specialization Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
