Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. The role involves working night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. The nurse will be responsible for caring for patients in labor, providing support during the birthing process. Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 2:1. The unit includes labor beds and antepartum, prepartum, and postpartum areas. Equipment utilized includes external fetal monitoring systems. The electronic medical record system is used for patient documentation. Desired qualifications include ACLS and PALS certifications. The candidate should have an adaptable personality to fit into the team dynamic. The dress code requires black scrubs. Activities and attractions in the area include arts districts, sports events, and outdoor adventures. This position is created to meet increased demand during peak periods.
