Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while demonstrating professionalism and compassion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions and progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Respond to medical emergencies quickly and effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• One recent professional reference required from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
