Job Position Title: Server / Barista, FRSH By Aroma 360

Qualifications:

• At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and upsell
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality
• Prior experience preparing sushi in a restaurant or similar setting
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

FRSH by Aroma360 is looking for a friendly, reliable Server / Barista with hands-on experience preparing matcha. This role combines attentive guest service with consistent beverage preparation in a fresh, modern dining concept. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests, explain the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve poke bowls, spring rolls, and hand rolls
• Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using proper measuring, sifting, whisking, and water-temperature techniques
• Prepare coffee and accommodate guests' milk preferences
• Follow beverage recipes to maintain consistent flavor, texture, and presentation
• Process payments accurately through the POS system
• Keep tables, service areas, and beverage stations clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow food safety standards and communicate allergy requests clearly with the kitchen
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties

Qualifications:

• Previous server, barista, or caf experience preferred
• Matcha preparation experience required, including preparing smooth, clump-free matcha and hot and iced lattes
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
