Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 8a to 4p Whatyou’llbe doing: The ProgramCoordinatorManager(PC Manager)is responsible foroverall program delivery and staffing at their assigned site. Inpartnership with site leadership, the PC Manager oversees Program Coordinators to ensure high-quality,consistent delivery of patient programming, including responsibility for scheduling and Paid Time Off(PTO) management. Essential duties and responsibilities: Provides oversight of the assigned team by supervising, guiding, anddirecting employees to ensure effective performance Ensuresteammembers are equipped with theappropriate skills, tools, and capabilities toexecute their duties Utilizes established people processes (performancemanagement, development, succession planning, and career progression)to meet current and future performance standards Conducts performanceevaluations, provides coaching and counseling on performance issues, andpromotes a positive and supportive work environment Oversees the hiring and onboarding process for new Program Coordinatorsand serves as a direct mentor for licensure supervision assignments. Develops and fully implements flexible staffing plans to efficiently alignstaffing levels with patient census Participates in group facilitation andprovides direct patient care support as needed for supervision purposes andin response to facility needs Ensures all required documentation for Program Coordinators is completedaccurately and in compliance with regulatory standards, andparticipatesinongoing chart audits Achieves clinical and operationalobjectivesby contributing insights andrecommendations to strategic planning. Implements patient-focusedstandards by resolving issues, completing audits,identifyingtrends,recommending system improvements, and supporting the implementation ofchange Interfaces with Housing and Transportation, Nursing, Treatment Teams,Facilities and contracted Food Services Management leadership and staff Musthaves: High school diploma or GED (required) 1 year experience in behavioral health setting (required) 6+ monthsexperience of leading or supervising teams OR1+years’ experiencewithin ERC demonstrating leadership aptitude(required) Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) in asupervisory role must have a college degree as well as a minimum of two (2)years of experience working in a childcare setting(required) Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF)must: be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under thesupervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age(required) Bonus qualities: 2+ years’ experience in behavioral health setting (preferred) The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
