The selected candidates must be extremely customer-service oriented, people friendly and have excellent phone skills. Their ideal team members are team and sales oriented and extremely motivated. This position requires fine-tuned computer and paperwork skills, so candidates with previous administrative experience are a huge plus. Bilingual Leasing Consultant Responsibilities :
- Greets walk-in guests in the office
- Answering phones and directing phone traffic
- Communicating with current and prospect tenants
- Assisting in explaining Leasing Agreements
- Renewing Leases
- Processing applications
- 1st Shift M-F 9am-5pm. Occasional evening hours for Special Events.
- $17.50/HR
- Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Administrative, organizational, planning and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Effective problem solving skills
- Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities and meet deadlines
- Customer service skills to interact effectively with employees and outside customers
- Shift priorities quickly without losing attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
