Mortgage Loan Support Specialist — Hybrid

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire Mortgage Operations Assistant in Stephens City, VA. You will support Loan Officers through the full loan process, from pre-app to post-app, by collecting documents, calculating income, and analyzing assets. The role is hybrid, with on-site four days a week initially. Daily tasks include communicating with members, updating loan systems, and handling 45–60 applications per person.
