Our events team is growing! At lil sweet treat, we bring the magic of our candy experience beyond our store walls. Our events team partners with a wide range of clients - from brands and influencer events to corporate activations, weddings, birthday parties, pop-ups, and more - bringing our signature candy cart to venues across all of our cities. The Role As an Event Connoisseur, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences, ensuring smooth operations, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This is a flexible role: once you join our team, shifts are offered on a first come, first served basis, making it a great fit for those looking for part-time, event-based work. Responsibilities Ensure that guests and clients have a positive event experience Assist Events Manager with event cart setup and styling, as well as break down of our candy cart, ensuring everything is properly packed at the end of each event Load and unload equipment and product with the driver before and after events Greet guests and create a warm, engaging experience Share candy knowledge and help guests discover new favorites Serve as a brand ambassador, representing lil sweet treat with enthusiasm and professionalism Communicate with clients on-site to ensure their needs are met Maintain a clean and organized cart throughout the event Skills Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to event schedules Outgoing and personable with strong communication skills Enthusiasm for candy and willingness to build product knowledge Ability to lift and load equipment as needed Works well as part of a team in fast-paced, dynamic environments Experience in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr lil sweet treat
