Associate Veterinarian

Job Description

Job Description

What if your next practice gave you room to practice good medicine, support when you need it, and a team that genuinely wants you to grow? This small animal opportunity on the Seattle Eastside could be a great fit for a veterinarian who wants variety without feeling like another number on the schedule. The practice offers a mix of wellness, sick visits, and urgent care, with opportunities to build confidence in surgery and dentistry. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship available, and experienced veterinarians can bring their existing strengths while continuing to develop professionally. What You'll Find Here Real support around you — skilled technicians, client service support, and engaged leadership.

Room to grow clinically — including opportunities to develop surgical and dental skills.

Mentorship that is actually available — particularly valuable for newer veterinarians.

A varied caseload — wellness, medical cases, and urgent-care appointments keep the day interesting.

A team-oriented environment where communication and collaboration matter.

Investment in your career through continuing education and professional development resources.

What You'll Be Doing You'll provide comprehensive small animal care, including physical examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, preventive care, surgery, and dentistry.
