Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will provide in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities. You’ll help members remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes.

What You Need to Apply

No prior experience required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
Dependable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Caring, dependable, and willing to learn
Ability to communicate respectfully with members and their families

High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

As a PCA, you may assist members with:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation
Daily living activities
Companionship and emotional support
Maintaining a clean and safe environment
Following the member’s assigned schedule

No Experience? No Problem!

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required.

Other Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must successfully pass a background check
Must complete required training and maintain current Maltreatment Certification
