Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will provide in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities. You’ll help members remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes.

- No prior experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Caring, dependable, and willing to learn
- Ability to communicate respectfully with members and their families
High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
What You’ll DoAs a PCA, you may assist members with:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Daily living activities
- Companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Following the member’s assigned schedule

Other Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must complete required training and maintain current Maltreatment Certification
