2. Schedule & Route Profile

• Base Terminal: Starts and ends daily at the West Haven, CT yard
• Operating Radius: 250 miles covering Westfield, MA, NYC Boroughs, Long Island, and NJ
• Shift Windows (12–14 hr daily shifts):
  • 1st Shift: Starts 01:30 AM–04:00 AM | Days off: Sunday + 1 weekday
  • 2nd Shift: Starts ~02:30 AM | Days off: Sunday + 1 weekday (never Monday)

• Daily Workflow: Pick up in Westfield, MA (2 AM–4 AM) for grocery deliveries & vendor backhauls | 20–25 stops/wk (1 primary load + short 2nd load if hours allow)
• Unloading Specs: Physical driver-assist using electric/manual pallet jacks & liftgates (1–3 pallets/stop; occasional hand offloads)
