Assembler 1st and 2nd Shift

Assembler Position

A Lafayette manufacturing company is hiring assemblers for temp-to-hire openings on 1st and 2nd shift. This is a good fit if you have manufacturing, production, or assembly experience and want to build hands-on electrical assembly skills. In this role, you'll help assemble, inspect, and produce electrical components and wiring products. Overtime opportunities are available.

Schedules include:

1st Shift: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM
2nd Shift: MondayFriday, 3:30 PM2:00 AM

Assembler duties include:

Assemble electrical components and wiring products
Follow work instructions for assembly tasks
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Keep your work area clean and safe

Assembler requirements:

6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
Able to pass a basic math assessment
Able to pass a color identification test
Able to work overtime when needed
Able to maintain good attendance
