Description Design and implement custom learning programs that align with firm goals and attorney development needs. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training gaps and propose effective solutions. Develop and deliver engaging content and professional development initiatives. Leverage legal industry best practices to create innovative learning experiences and methodologies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement. Oversee vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions. Support the firm's strategic objectives through targeted talent development strategies. Provide coaching and guidance to internal teams on learning and development processes.
