If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we're eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You Will Do:Performs cycle time and takt time analysisPerforms other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancingPlan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routingsKnowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planningConduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.What You Will Bring:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) and 1-3 years of prior relevant experienceProficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principlesAdvanced competency in Microsoft ExcelPay Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per yearCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
