VP, Service Accounting

Job Title: VP, Service Accounting Location: Dallas, TX Salary: $150,000-$190,000 Company Summary: An investment management firm specializing in Real Estate is looking to make a key hire to their accounting team. The VP will play a critical role by supporting the residential credit and servicing related operations by reconciling accounts, reviewing financial activity and monitoring third-party servicing partners. This role will require a VP that can own cash and reconciliation processes, repurchase activity and investor reporting. Key Responsibilities: Lead servicing accounting activities, ensuring timely delivery, strong controls and accurate reporting Review and reconcile cash activity and servicing data across internal and external systems, resolving discrepancies Partner with technology teams to enhance systems and improve data quality Oversee invoicing, settlements, and servicing related reconciliations Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Servicing Accounting, Finance or related leadership roles Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues Advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with large, complex datasets; familiarity with data query tools is a plus Experience with cash flow analysis, variance investigation, and servicing or financial system is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr NACBA
