Agile Scrum Master

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and financial services sector, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) supporting strategic initiatives and technical programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects across multiple teams.
  • Support portfolio-level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management to ensure strategic outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum, Kanban, and PI Planning, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, Product Managers, and stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on track and within scope, schedule, and budget.
What's Needed?
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or technical project/program management roles.
  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or technology programs, including cloud transformation or network modernization.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience managing cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives in matrixed or global environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and diverse teams.
