They are seeking an experienced Audit Manager or an individual ready to step into an Audit Partner-level role for a unique leadership opportunity with a clearly defined path to partnership within 1-2 years. Responsibilities Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients Oversee engagement planning, fieldwork, financial reporting, and final deliverables Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and professional standards Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients while serving as a strategic advisor Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously Mentor, coach, and develop audit staff and seniors Partner with firm leadership on strategic planning and process improvements Participate in business development and community networking initiatives Help guide the future direction of the firm's audit practice Qualifications Active CPA license required Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience with progressive audit responsibilities Experience managing audit engagements from planning through completion Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirements Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in firm leadership Desire to pursue partnership within the next 1-2 years Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Clearly defined partner-track opportunity Hybrid work flexibility 401(k) with company match Comprehensive health insurance Generous paid time off Flexible scheduling Continuing education and professional development support Collaborative, team-oriented culture High visibility with firm leadership and meaningful career advancement opportunities Ideal Candidate This opportunity is ideal for an experienced public accounting professional who wants more than another management position.
