Are you a data-driven leader who thrives on turning insights into action? We're seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide our data analytics practice and deliver high-impact insights that fuel strategic growth across the business.

As a senior member of the Analytics team, you'll not only dive deep into datasets but also shape our overall data strategy. You'll partner with cross-functional teams—from marketing to product to operations—to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and influence decision-making at the highest level. You'll also mentor and coach a team of analysts to help them grow their technical and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling
• Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
• Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven track record of leading projects and teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders

Tools & Technology:

• Python, SQL, or Scala
• Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools
• Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Kafka or Spark (advantageous)
• Google Workspace
• Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools
