What You’ll Do

As a Store Leader , you will lead from the sales floor, develop a high-performing team, and take ownership of your store’s sales results, customer experience, and daily operations. You will set the standard for consultative selling, coach your team to achieve ambitious goals, and create an environment where both customers and employees can succeed.

You will:

• Drive Sales & Performance: Lead by example through customer engagement, product education, fittings, and consultative selling. Drive store revenue by meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics, including Net Sales per New Up (NSNU), conversion, and demonstration rates.
• Coach & Develop Your Team: Train, mentor, and motivate team members through hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and ongoing performance management to build a confident, accountable, high-performing sales team.
• Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience: Foster a customer-first culture built on trust, education, and personalized service. Address escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure every customer receives the level of care Good Feet is known for.
• Own Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, staffing and scheduling, inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining company standards and compliance.
• Maximize Profitability: Monitor sales performance, manage labor and controllable expenses, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that strengthen store performance and profitability.
• Lead with Accountability: Maintain high standards for sales execution, customer service, attendance, timekeeping, and company policies while partnering with district and regional leadership to achieve broader business goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to actively sell, coach in the moment, and take ownership of your team's results.

Regional Flexibility & Work Locations

This position supports multiple Good Feet locations across Northern California. Team members may be scheduled to work at different stores within the region based on business needs, staffing support, or growth opportunities.

Assignments are part of the role and are communicated in advance whenever possible. All scheduling and travel practices comply with applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
