Salary: $137,800 - 186,400 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of design experience.
• We expect an online portfolio or resume samples that demonstrate end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile.
• We need strong knowledge of information architecture best practices and design principles.
• We look for experience delivering design solutions for large-scale, complex initiatives.
• We value experience partnering with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
• We require proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
• We expect knowledge of usability principles and evaluation techniques.

• We design the CX/UX for multiple products or a single complex product, owning the experience end to end from strategy through tactical execution and UX sign-off.
• We leverage AI tools to speed up research synthesis, design exploration, and iteration.
• We continuously incorporate emerging AI capabilities into our design workflow to improve speed and output quality.
• We advocate for the customer using objective inputs such as market analysis and customer insights.
• We facilitate collaboration across a broad set of global Prime business stakeholders.
• We partner with product and business teams to balance immediate needs with scalable long-term solutions.
• We define and improve design best practices and help drive adoption across the team.
• We assess and optimize feature effectiveness through validation methods such as usability testing.
• We present design work to UX partners, cross-functional teams, and executive leaders.
• We proactively manage our work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines, and communicate risks or tradeoffs when schedules are at risk.
