What You'll Be Doing

Working showroom, phone, and internet leads
Demonstrating and presenting vehicles to customers
Building value and negotiating deals
Closing and delivering vehicles
Maintaining follow-up for repeat and referral business
Supporting leadership with mentoring and increasing sales volume
Developing management-level skills as part of your growth path

Proven track record of strong sales performance

Strong closer with excellent communication skills
Professional, driven, and competitive
Must have a clean driving record
Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings (required)

Compensation & Benefits
