Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) you will provide seamless administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple advisors, helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Assist in the annual business planning process and develop strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for clients’ life changes that may signal a need for additional services. Support marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Qualifications & Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Perform account opening, transfers, and other requested transactions; process documentation and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently on tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing client-meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
