Systems Integration & Test Engineering Lead

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:As a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineering Lead for General Dynamics Missions Systems, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for planning, executing, and reporting for both informal and formal qualification tests.We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:Leading test teams through planning, execution, and reporting for informal and formal test events.Coordinating among large teams across multiple disciplines (HW/SW/Systems) and with program leadership.Developing informal and formal test procedures based on customer requirements.Requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective.
