We offer multiple career tracks for advancement, including a technical track, ensuring that your career growth is aligned with your strengths and preferences.Key responsibilities include:Electrical Design: Work on electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and integrating power, lighting, and fire alarm systems seamlessly.NEC Knowledge: Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code to craft designs that meet the utmost safety and quality benchmarks.Power Distribution: Design robust power distribution systems, skilled in both low and medium voltage applications, tailored to the specific needs of cutting-edge manufacturing plants.Load Flow Analysis: Optimize power distribution through precise load flow analysis, enhancing energy efficiency.Innovative Lighting Design: Craft lighting solutions that boost safety, productivity, and energy conservation.Collaborative Facilities Design: Engage in multidisciplinary projects, offering your electrical engineering expertise to forge comprehensive solutions.Software Proficiency: Utilize leading software like Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD for sophisticated modeling and simulation.Client Interaction: Directly collaborate with clients to align our electrical solutions with their unique objectives.What you'll bring:6+ years of relevant experience: Electrical engineering design experience, particularly in the food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods sectors is ideal.NEC Proficiency: A solid understanding of the NEC, ensuring compliance in all designs.Power Distribution Expertise: Experience in low and medium voltage systems.Load Flow Analysis Experience: Demonstrated ability in optimizing electrical systems.Lighting Design Knowledge: Proficiency in industrial lighting solutions.Multi-Discipline Design Exposure: Experience in integrated facilities design.Software Skills: Proficiency in Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD.Exceptional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Willingness to Travel: For installations, meetings, training, and industry events.Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.Licensure: PE licensed with ability to obtain licensure in additional statesOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
