Picker/Packer AssociateWe are seeking a Picker/Packer to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle material, pick and pack orders, stage orders for delivery, all while maintaining accurate inventory using an RF scanner.Pay & SchedulePay Rate: $17.00 / hourShift Days: Monday – FridayShift Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (until finish)Position Type: Full-time (Potential Temp-to-Hire)Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to pick sheets or system instructions.Utilize hand-held RF scanners to scan items, verify order accuracy, track inventory movements, and process shipments.Perform active physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the duration of an 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.Work Monday through Friday, staying past standard shift times as needed until daily order volume is fully finished.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all company safety protocols.Requirements & Work AttireRequired PPE: Steel-toe shoes/boots and safety vest are strictly required on site.Candidates will be standing and walking for long periods of time IN A NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED environment.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $17.00
