Educate patients and their families to reinforce therapeutic progress beyond the clinical environment.

Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapy as needed, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the recovery process.

Document patient progress accurately and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in your field through continuous education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Deep knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating individuals across all ages, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet varying cultural and linguistic needs.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
