Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
Field of Study Preferred: Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols

Responsibilities

Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities
Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
Drive and track financial performance via monthly operation forecast
Ensure a quality product within specifications and timely delivery to clients
Actively lead on a daily basis on site operations
