Data Entry Specialist

Victory Dream Center is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our daily operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining organizational data. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before entering data.
• Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Verify information by comparing source documents with entered data.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company policies.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information by following established security procedures.
• Assist with document scanning, filing, and record management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using database management systems or CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment, including scanners and copiers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and mouse tasks.
