Highlights of the Role:

• Full-time schedule at 40 hours per week, split between two supportive sites.
• Serve approximately 65 K-8 students at one location, including a significant group with medically fragile and MOID needs.
• Provide services to an early childhood program, where SLP support will help balance the caseload to around 65 students.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, along with active credentials and state licensure.
• Experience working with school-aged and preschool populations, ideally including medically complex or MOID students.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Organizational abilities to manage time between sites and documentation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy across both K-8 and preschool settings.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement appropriate therapy strategies tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists.
