Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 Job - Millsboro, DE
Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? Join American Trucking Group for dry van routes across the Northeast, equipped with excellent equipment and competitive compensation. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while maintaining a consistent schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain regular family connections and handle personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive late-model trucks including International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all fitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is accessible.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily deal with dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, reducing physical demands and letting you focus on efficient driving.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,150 per week based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policies, layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area:
- Our routes cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance will start on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
