Ensure usage of proper PPE Communicate any unsafe conditions or behavior. Adherence to golden safety rules. Performance Metrics Number of Accidents, Near Misses, Observations of unsafe conditions/behaviors. Inventory Accuracy. Cycle Counting targets. Warehouse Inspection Score (safety and housekeeping). On time deliveries. Reports Correct Shipment (correct quantity/right time) Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred Safety awareness and quality consciousness Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
