Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using MIG welding techniques while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.

• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other metals according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety regulations and workplace policies
• Repair and rework defective welds as needed
• Meet production deadlines and quality requirements

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment setup
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
• Understanding of workplace safety standards

• Exposure to heat, sparks, fumes, and loud noises
• Standing for extended periods
• Overtime or shift work may be required

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years of MIG welding experience or equivalent training
