Senior Events Manager - Live Events

Austin, TX / Hybrid | Permanent, Full-Time | Circa. $90K - $110K I'm working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Events Manager to join a well-established events agency known for delivering large-scale, high-profile conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners, and incentive programmes for major corporate clients across the globe. The role Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale events , managing multi-supplier logistics and onsite delivery from brief to final report Manage and develop a team of Event Managers, Senior Event Executives, and Event Executives Own a portfolio of client accounts , building the kind of relationships that generate repeat business and new opportunities Take responsibility for budgets, supplier negotiation, invoicing, and reconciliation Source venues, manage DMCs, and coordinate ground programmes internationally Build and manage delegate registration through Cvent or a similar platform Champion sustainability across every project What my client is looking for 6+ years in a fast-paced agency environment, delivering large corporate events at scale Previous people management experience - you've led a team, not just a project Confidence across both client account management and event production Practical experience with Cvent or similar delegate management platforms A strong network of trusted suppliers and industry contacts The organisational skill to run multiple concurrent projects without losing sight of the detail A creative approach that elevates a brief rather than just executing it Why I think this one's worth a conversation Real scale - these are global, high-value events, not small activations Genuine progression - direct reports, account ownership, and a clear path to grow A culture that backs creativity, quality, and sustainable delivery Hybrid working from Austin,TX, with international travel when projects require it Knowledge of working with Tech clients would be an absolute bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr CoCo Group
