Lead - Cremeria

Responsibilities Trains, coaches, and monitors cremeria dispatchers on their job duties according to companys policies and procedures. Prepares cremeria products consistent in quality and appearance according to company guidelines and standards. Responsible for maintaining a presentable department image to our customers through a consistently clean and attractive department. Responsible for smiling and greeting all customers while delivering extraordinary customer service and responds to customers requests, to meet the goals and objectives of the department. Qualifications Must be 18 years old High School Diploma or GED equivalent Willingness to learn Basic understanding of English and English language; A plus but not required.
