Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Experience providing care to geriatric patient populations, including restorative and maintenance programs. Demonstrated ability to document skilled treatments, develop individualized care plans, and work within interdisciplinary teams. Client requires availability to work a 4x8 schedule, 5 days per week, with a 32-hour weekly guarantee. Prior travel therapy experience and familiarity with common SNF equipment (Hoyer lift, gait belts, parallel bars) is preferred (not required). Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Schedule: 4x8, Monday through Friday (days), 32 hours per week guaranteed. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
