We are seeking a Full-time ADMINISTRATOR, LNHA in the Medford, MA area

Requirements

• Must possess an LNHA license in the state of MA 

• Two years of experience in a skilled facility is preferred

• Strong leadership skills are necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state, and federal codes, rule,s and regulations

• Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills

• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals and objectives necessary to provide quality care

• Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs

• Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care

• Possess exceptional communication skills

• Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents, and families
