Work involves interpreting documents, running waves, rack notify, and stock notify, picking, out sorting, packing, and aged order clean up. Works under direction with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Utilizes and directs team resources toward specific goals and objectives.You Will:Monitor workflow and system functions and recommend or employ solutions where appropriate.Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functions to improve team performance.Develop and transfer performance skills to the assigned team and seek opportunities for improvement throughout the organizationAssist team members in identifying areas for development and assist them in establishing skill development plansParticipate in the development and implementation of operating procedures.Maintain safe operating practicesPerform other duties as assignedYou Must Have:Graduation from high school or equivalentExperience in communicating goals, allocating and managing resourcesAbility to problem solve, detailed organizational skills, leading by exampleAbility to understand and apply Standard Operating ProceduresDetailed experience working with mobile computer scanning equipmentThe ability to work with others in a team environment, take direction from Supervisors, follow work rules, and proceduresEducation and experience may be substituted for one anotherFunctional reading, writing, and mathProficient in using Microsoft SuiteWritten and verbal communication/instruction skillsCarParts.com is an equal-opportunity employer.
