About the Role
The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including preparing and delivering presentations during the deal execution period, assisting in the coordination of internal and external resources for due diligence in M&A transactions, and leading the execution of these transactions. The role also involves conducting in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research, as well as building and maintaining client relationships with both established and prospective clients. Applicants for the Investment Banking Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investment banking, with a preference for those with industry experience in healthcare. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is required, along with a strong background in closed M&A deals. The role offers the opportunity to work with a top-tier specialty boutique investment bank and to be part of a team that is experiencing significant deal flow in the market.
