Outpatient Substance Use Counselor (CADC/LPC/LSW)

Alpharus Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Certified Substance Use Counselor (Outpatient) to assess and treat individuals with substance use disorders. The role offers a full-time schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, at our Chicago location. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide individual and group counseling, document treatment plans, and coordinate case management.
